La Liga reveal incredible Messi’s statistics

La Liga took to their twitter handle to reveal some of Lionel Messi’s statistics in the course of his Barcelona career.

Messi is now the sole most prized asset in La Liga following his long term rival Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure to Juventus.

In a bid to acknowledge the 31-year-old contribution to the Spanish League, La Liga twitted.

The Argentine is now in his 14th season with Barcelona, since making his senior debut in 2004. He has broken several records within this period including a record five Ballon d’Or with four of them coming consecutively.

Although success has eluded him with his national side Argentine, Messi has won all that there is to win in club football with Barcelona. A whooping sum of 33 major trophies including; 9 La Liga titles, 6 Copa del Rey, 8 Spanish super cup, 4 UEFA Champions League, 3 UEFA Super Cup and 3 FIFA Club World Cup. His individual awards is even more interesting winning over 50 individual awards.

With 17 goals from 18 games this season Lionel Messi is definitely not finished.
