Wilfred Ndidi extends contract until 2024

Leicester has rewarded Nigerian midfielder Wilfred Ndidi with a new deal until 2024.

The combative midfielder joined Leicester in 2017 in a move to replace Ngolo Kante. Ndidi became an instant hit  winning the club’s young player of the year for the past two seasons.

Speaking on the deal Ndidi told the club website,

“I’m very happy to sign this contract with Leicester City,”

I have enjoyed every moment of my time with the football club, so I’m thrilled to be here for six more years.

“Together with my team-mates and our wonderful supporters, I hope we can look forward to many more fantastic moments.”
