WTA number one Naomi Osaka splits with coach Sascha Bajin
The Japanese Tennis superstar and current world number one has shocked the world by announcing a split with coach Sascha Bajin.
The 21-year-old disclosed this on her twitter handle @Naomi_Osaka_
Hey everyone, I will no longer be working together with Sascha. I thank him for his work and wish him all the best in the future.

Coach Sascha Bajin also tweeted a reply to Naomi tweet, thanking her for the opportunity to work with her.
“Thank you Naomi, I wish you nothing but the best as well. What a ride that was. Thank you for letting me be part of this.” Sascha said.
Naomi and Sascha started working together in 2017 after Naomi left David Taylor. The period has culminated with Naomi rise to the top of WTA ranking.
The Japanese as also won two Grand Slam within this period. Defeating Serena Williams in the US open final last year September. She also defeated Petra Kvitová in the Australia open final to make it two Grand Slam in a row.
